Susan B. Anthony List Endorses Pro-Life Candidate Claudia Tenney for NY-24
Susan B. Anthony List, a nationwide network of nearly one million pro-life advocates from across the country, today endorsed Congresswoman Claudia Tenney to represent New York’s newly drawn 24th Congressional District.
Claudia Tenney is a strong and compassionate pro-life advocate. As a member of Congress, she has consistently opposed left-wing efforts to enact radical abortion-on-demand policies. She continues to defend the longstanding prohibition on taxpayer funding for abortion and has led the charge in Washington to hold federal agencies accountable.
Susan B. Anthony List released the following statement in support of Congresswoman Tenney’s reelection:

Susan B. Anthony List is made up of more than 900,000 pro-life advocates across the United States. SBA List previously endorsed Congresswoman Tenney in her 2020, 2018, 2016, and 2014 congressional races.
The group is named after suffragette Susan B. Anthony, who was strongly pro-life and has ties to New York’s 24th District. In 1872, Anthony voted in Ontario County, New York. She was later tried and convicted for doing so, since at that time it was still illegal for women to exercise their right to vote. Anthony was formally pardoned in 2020 by President Donald J. Trump for her courageous act of peaceful protest. In 2020, the street outside of the Ontario County Courthouse where she voted was formally renamed Susan B. Anthony Lane to honor the late suffragette’s courage and conviction to secure the full Constitutional rights of women.
